very tired but can't sleep

Because Im bored..tired..and in lots of pain{leg} (waiting for the naproxin to take effect)..here is something from my How It All Vegan Book :)

I don't know..just try to enjoy this :)

Quick Thai Tea For Two

2 cups Water

1/2 tsp dried cardamom

2-4 tbsp splenda

1/2 cup soy milk (yum)

2 orange pekoe or peppermint tea bags

In a small sauce pan,add water,cardamom,sweetener,and milk and bring to a boil. remove from heat add tea bags.let steep 3-10 minutes before serving.

I think I'll have a cup of vanilla soymilk before I try to sleep tonight...
