all you need to do is sign the petition. Things are getting so Out of Control up there in Washington. It must be those big salaries...and oh yeah...the Job Security.
Basically what is happening....The Republicans are trying to End The Filibuster....they have gone from calling it the Nuclear Option...to the Constitutional Option...which is strange considering that they are trying to Silent those that oppose them. Im stunned everyday by the actions of these representatives. Why would they want to be known as the People that wiped Democracy off the face of America? The Kings of Hate is my new term for them. People suffer endlessly...and the Kings of Hate are hoarding the grain.
The Democrats, The Apathetic Jesters, are facing an opportunity to kill this action in the Senate I believe...from the website..here is the statement sent to representatives.."America works best when no one political party has absolute power. Please oppose the �nuclear option� and protect the filibuster in the Senate for judicial nominees. Our founding fathers wanted America�s courts to be an independent branch of government � free of partisanship. Because federal judges serve lifetime terms it is important that both parties help determine who is appointed."
Anyway...time is running out on the Filibuster...please take a second to sign the petition and call or email your Representatives. Oh yeah......MoveOndotOrg, has a great idea of flooding all of your local and national newspapers with a Letter To The Editor...it's cheaper than running an ad campaign..and its good to speak out in our communities.
