Im so exhausted. I am the last drop in the cup. and it is so hot outside. for what it is worth our visit with the new Regional Queen Bitch (i say that ever so lovingly) went good. we passed. Like it's hard? But she was a psycho to some other managers that really worked hard....I feel really badly for them.
