You're right. There's definitely a culture of violence in the U.S. It's glorified. Crime is glorified. War is glorified. Victimizing women is glorified. Sounds odd, coming from a fan of The Sopranos, I know. From where I sit, it's a matter of art imitating life. Would that art didn't mirror life so WELL, though.
